Belmont Screw Pattern Sash Window Fastener – Antique Brass

Our more traditional Belmont fastener is designed for use with timber sash windows.

It clamps the sash window’s two frames together where they meet, keeping things secure and helping pull the frames snug for a better, draught-free seal.

Pull the spring-loaded arm across and screw to lock, unscrew and flip up to unlock.

It’s designed to sit neatly on the surface rather than recessing into the wood, so it’s simple to fit.

Antique brass is what’s called a ‘living’ finish because it reacts to the air and moisture around it, causing it to darken (especially in the areas you touch most). We’ve given it a head start by ageing it by hand, so it has that antique look right out the box.
